Ecobi Farmaceutici is an Italian pharmaceutical company with head office in Ronco Scrivia (Genoa).

The Company was founded in 1933 and over these fifty years it has continuously expanded its role both on the domestic market and in several countries world-wide.

Ecobi Farmaceutici has a staff of 50 employees (including 7 technicians) in addition to serval fulltime consultants.

Proprietary medicines manufactured by Ecobi Farmaceutici cover a wide range of therapeutical classes, such as:

The Company can supply generic drugs and proprietary medicines in various pharmaceutical formulations and types, i.e.: tablets, capsules, syrups, solutions granulates, powders, ointments, gels, lotions, pessaries, suppositoiries.

Ecobi Farmaceutici has successfully introduced its products into several Eastern European and Middle Eastern Africa countries. Furthermore, the Company is also present in China, Taiwan Hong-Kong, Singapore, Malaysia Thailand, Philippines and Korea.

The Company is qualified under Good Manufacturing Practice (G.M.P.) standards. The Quality Control System for the pharmaceutical formulations is active at every production step and has been recently certified by International audits.

Ecobi Farmaceutici's philosophy on the pharmaceutical production is that world competitive results can only be obtained with qualified personnel and modern equipment.

In addition to proprietary medicine manufacturing and marketing, Ecobi Farmaceutici is now in the area of dietetic products (as "Linea Gibema") disinfectants and skin care products.
